United States Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Coast Guard are welcome to apply.
Do Reserves and special support agencies such as the U.S. National Guard and U.S. Air Force Auxiliary qualify?
Yes. U.S. Military Reserves, National Guard, and Civil Air Patrol are eligible.
Does the U.S. Merchant Marine qualify?
Yes. As a maritime service agency that can be an auxiliary to the U.S. Navy, the Merchant Marine is eligible.
Who qualifies as immediate family?
Spouses, children, and parents qualify.
Do survivors of deceased service members qualify?
In most cases, surviving spouses, children, and parents of deceased service members qualify.

How long will it take for me to get set up?
Our base on-boarding bootcamp is 3 days. We also offer a quick-start on-boarding webinar (1 day) and an extended on-boarding retreat (5 days).
Are there any onboarding costs?
There are no on-boarding costs for individual services. There is a one-time, initial on-boarding fee for subscriptions that will be discussed during your consultation.

What hardware is included in my subscription?
During VetSOLO and VetSOLO+ on-boarding, the latest smartphone, a laptop computer, and a network document scanner are provided for your exclusive usage during your subscription.
